Hello my name is Justin I’m 32 and I began to feel pain in my back for A few years now. The drug treatments and infiltrations, helped me overcome the pain, But even with that I saw this situation as a handicap. I was only 28 years old and a very dynamic and active person. That’s why decide to get rid of back pain at any cost and also share my experience and bring help and hope to people with back pain problems.

I am a great walker and because of the pain, I have a lot of trouble doing projects concerning physical activities. It takes a much longer warm-up and a slower pace for easy hiking. All of this was until I made some changes to my day to day activities.

These are the steps that really helped me get rid of back pain

 

  1. Strengthen your muscles

Restoring the strength and function of your back is a great treatment option. Exercise is one of the most effective ways to relieve back pain. Doing gentle stretching and strengthening exercises (with or without the help of a physiotherapist) can help you build muscle strength in your back and abdomen for better support. As a bonus, your back will look firmer and toned!

  1. Reduce inflammation

If the cause of your back pain is inflammatory, you can reduce minor inflammation by applying hot and cold compresses. It is suggested to apply cold compresses immediately after an injury, several times a day.

After a few days, you can apply a warm compress on the affected area to relax the muscles and increase blood flow. If the inflammation of the tissues is more serious, your doctor may prescribe an anti-inflammatory medication, which will help relieve the pain.

  1. To remedy the pain

If the above options are not right for you (for example, if you can not do physical exercises), there are other ways to relieve lower back pain. Depending on the cause of your pain, over-the-counter or prescription pain medications may help you.

If the pain is due to the alignment of your skeleton, alternative therapies such as acupuncture or chiropractic manipulations of the spine can help you.

The three Rs are a good start to relieve lower back pain. Lower back pain can limit your mobility and have more or less serious symptoms. If these do not go away after a few days, consult your doctor.
